Special Care Systems, LLC was named Employer of the Month for March by RochesterWorks!
RochesterWorks! is Monroe County’s largest employment and training initiative that assists businesses with recruitment, assessment, placement and training then connects them to all federally-funded employment and training programs in Monroe County.
According to Christina Bakewicz, Business Services Coordinator at RochesterWorks!,
"Special Care Systems was chosen as our Employer of the Month due to their dedication to their employees.
Two of our clients we recently hired and provided on-the-job training, allowing them to secure employment and gain
valuable skills at the same time".
Ann Kowal, President of Special Care Systems, found RochesterWorks! to be a valuable business resource. "The hiring incentives that Rochester Works offers have allowed us to hire some great employees that may not have had the industry specific skills we needed. The programs and services offered to businesses have helped us develop our employees to meet the needs of our growing business", says Kowal.
